Auto-Reply System for GoHighLevel with WhatsApp & SMS (n8n + GHL)
Role: Automation Engineer / AI Integration Developer
Built an end-to-end AI-powered reply automation for GoHighLevel that handles inbound WhatsApp and SMS messages via n8n.
The system filters message types, sanitizes input, and buffers messages with Redis to group rapid-fire inputs before responding.
An AI Agent powered by Anthropic Claude queries a structured ClientInfo knowledge base to generate accurate, brand-aligned replies, then writes the response to a GoHighLevel custom field that triggers outbound delivery automatically.
Supports WhatsApp and scales to any service or branch data through an optional Google Drive Excel integration.
